Objective: To install staff gauges and pressure sensors linked to a discharge curve to monitor ecological flow.
Activities: Installation of staff gauges or pressure sensors in the watercourse to monitor compliance with ecological flow requirements. A discharge curve is then developed based on flow measurements (stream gauging) or statistical data from a nearby streamflow gauging station.
