Objective: To carry out topobathymetric surveys of the areas under study. The surveyed river stretches extend 100 meters upstream and 100 meters downstream from the hydraulic structures being assessed. The surveys include relevant elements, and all structures that result in hydraulic flow control, such as public and private infrastructure, outfalls, canal intakes, existing river defenses (e.g., gabions, riprap), utility poles, crossings, bridges, distribution gates, fences, etc.
Activities: Topobathymetric data was collected using a GNSS RTK GPS system, consisting of a fixed base station and a rover receiver installed on a survey boat equipped with an echo sounder. For the adjacent terrain, a GNSS RTK GPS is used in coordination with an RTK drone and a LiDAR camera to acquire topographic data.
